- Response - did you get a response from the record label, how many times did you contacts them, are you still waiting a response?
My group had to apply for copyright so that the company didn't sue us for using their material. Copyright gives the creators of the origional piece of work legal rights to own our work. The copyright holder to a song can therefore take credit for our work allowing them to sell, reproduce and display it to an audience.
